You could go to their site, Defective By Design Dot Org (I’m not linking, I don’t want those idiots getting traffic.), and see what kind of bull they are up to.

Doing shit like this will indeed turn people away from you, not educate them.
Seriously. I’m now anti-FSF. This is going too far. Robbing customers of customer support is inexcusable, and in this case, childish.
This smacks of greenpeace immaturity. But at least greenpeace isn’t doing childish tripe like this anymore, nor are they robbing customers of their support.
Good lord, you freetards. Yeah. I just said that.

So I saw by way of John Gruber’s Daring Fireball that there was an article from the Free Software Foundation going on about how the iPhone 3G is a prison, and pushing the OpenMoko FreeRunner phone as a phone that isn’t so…prison-like.
Let it be said I normally support what the FSF stands for. But this article…sort of sucks.

Okay. It’s time for all of us to sit the hell down and have a little talk about the iPhone.
While many people seem to be saying the iPhone is an overpriced piece of garbage phone, and that it sucks compared to the new Samsung Instinct, I think we all need to sit down and think about it.

So what the hell is it with functionality of devices these days? I’m seriously put off by my most recent brush with tech.
I have a MacBook with a Xbox 360 controller. I want to get some Metal Gear Solid going in an emulator, which shouldn’t be a problem. ISO the discs and get on with it, right?
I’m going to get very ranty from this point on, you have been warned.

I’m putting all projects in progress on hold until I can get the hang of Blender. I’ve always wanted to incorporate 3-D into my projects.
Well it’s going to happen.
Phoria IV is on hold, as is Phorium2 and another unnamed desktop I’m working on (named WaveBreaker for now, may change.)

Got some new stuff a coming on the Blizzard/Orber FAQ.
1. Version 1.2 is going live pretty soon. It might be on GameFAQs tomorrow, if I can get it submitted.
2. I’m working on Version 2.0 right now. That’ll probably be the next release after 1.2.
3. I’ve got things planned on how things are going to go for versions 3 and 4.
